After an exciting start to the year and following his successful ‘Driven’ EP, Archie Hamilton touches down on FUSE once more for his latest release, ‘Mercury Rising’.

Being an integral body behind London’s favourite FUSE collective, and a founder of tastemaker label initiatives like Moscow Records, Moss Co. and Arkityp, he’s an artist very much in control of his ascent. His dynamic DJ sets seamlessly straddle the lines between minimal and house, whilst his constant flow of cutting-edge productions means he remains one of the nation’s leading lights in the field.

‘Right Hook’ kicks things off in typical Archie style with a snaking groove, resplendent with another trademark catchy B-line. The flipside opens with ‘Limbo’ and is the EPs vinyl only track. It delves a slightly deeper furrow with a headier vibe. ‘Mercury’ rounds off the package, a brisk tech-houser with warm attitude, blissed out pads and a charmingly understated synth riff.

‘Mercury Rising’ is an EP laced with attitude and once again seen Archie utilise his expertly crafted and infectiously percussive productions.
