Festival | 14.05.2019With not long to go until the start of Amnesia Presents x Do Not Sleep’s exclusive seven date Ibiza season, the teams behind the partnership would like to announce some exciting new developments regarding its colossal opening party on Friday 17th May.
Helping to kick the season off in style, the event will now be held at the island’s beautiful countryside party venue Cova Santa ‘ instead of Amnesia – to embrace the true spirit of Ibiza and allow both day and night time partying.
Also, techno’s man of the moment Ilario Alicante has been added to the open-air party’s already huge line up comprising of Darius Syrossian B2B Sidney Charles, Seb Zito, Ronnie Spiteri, Jay Nortown, Hector, Neverdogs, Technasia and Iban Mendoza. In addition to the line-up, Amnesia Presents x Do Not Sleep are happy to announce they are working in association with Unusual Suspects on this event to bring a real international flavour to the party.
The rest of the season will continue to be held on Fridays at Amnesia on May 24th and 31st, June 7th and 14th, and September 20th and 27th where you’ll be sure to witness the scene’s biggest names behind the decks at the club’s world-renowned terrace and club room areas.
The partnership comes amidst a whirlwind of change on the island, but aims to turn the focus on Friday nights at Amnesia to a solid team of residents between the two rooms, alongside a carefully selected run of headliners of the calibre that clubbers have come to expect from the world’s best-known night club. Speaking about the partnership, Do Not Sleep’s Neil Evans says:
‘Last summer we found our perfect home in Amnesia’s Club Room and there was no way that we could see ourselves settling for anything less than that this year. We’ve got a great relationship with the team at Amnesia and it made total sense to partner up with them this season. Cova Santa is Ibiza’s best outdoor venue so we’re delighted to be kicking the season off and holding our opening party there.’
