Defected and Classic Music Company Join Forces for ADE Special
Festival | 27.09.2017Defected and Classic Music Company touch down in Amsterdam on 20th October for this year’s double-header ADE party taking place at Air.
Keeping in touch with both labels’ ‘family’ ethos, the line-up consists entirely of artists who have releases on Classic, Defected or one of the sub-labels this year. Heading up the bill for Defected is resident Sonny Fodera, whose joint remix with fellow performers on the night Mat.Joe of Gershon Jackson’s ‘Take It Easy’ is one of Beatport’s longest charting hits. It wouldn’t be a Defected party without the first lady of Defected herself Sam Divine, who joins in on the ADE activity for the 5th year in a row. Low Steppa might be new to the Defected family having only signed to the label this year, but he’s already proving to be an excellent addition to the roster with his bass-influenced sets ready to go off at any venue. Ninetoes follows up the success of his hit record ‘Finder’ by releasing another anthem in the form of ‘Come Back’, released on DFTD earlier this year, which has been on heavy rotation in Ibiza across the summer. Belgian beat maestro DJ Licious completes the line-up alongside some very special guests.
Topping an enormous line-up from Classic which features the current most in-demand artists in house music is the one and only Honey Dijon. Hot from the release of her debut artist album The Best of Both Worlds on October 13th Honey joins label boss Luke Solomon for a Classic party comeback. Last but not least is the man of the minute, DJ Haus. The Unknown To The Unknown and Hot Haus label boss is the latest act to contribute to the In The House mix series, full of club-ready bombs from start to finish, which will be released on 3rd November. To see nine of the two labels’ finest exports come together for what promises to be an almighty ‘family’ celebration.
