Classmatic invites Anthiago to Organic Pieces for ‘Outta My Head’, the second release on his new label.

Breaking through with a series of slick EPs via Hottrax, Solid Grooves Raw, elrow Music, and Dark Side Of The Sun, London-based DJ/producer Anthiago (fka Antss) may well be one of the capital’s most loved up-and-coming names. Entering into a new chapter of his artistic journey under his new alias, a nickname from his earlier years, his first release for 2023 arrives via Classmatic’s newly launched label Organic Pieces as he drops his three-track EP, ‘Outta My Head’.

‘Outta My Head’ is a twisting title track, starting off with zig-zagging drum grooves, sweeping bird noises, and hooky vocals before bursting into a new life via the unexpected introduction of Latin-infused piano melodies late on. Next, Side2Side is a rugged and raw percussion workout led by further vocal samples as it snakes amongst impactful breakdowns, before closing with the bouncy and skippy tones of the energetic and vibrant ‘Marula’.
