Welsh duo Bodhi return to Huxley’s No Idea’s Original imprint with three rhythmic cuts in their ‘Mitsu’ EP, set for release this September.

Having made appearances on Ten Thousand Yen, Shadow Child’s Food, W&O Street Tracks and Rinse, as well as legendary House label Strictly Rhythm, Bodhi’s discography is exemplary of how adept the multi- instrumentalists are in the studio. Bodhi’s first appearance on No Idea’s Original was one of the label’s highlights, with ‘Outlook’ sailing high on Beatport at the beginning of 2017, including reaching no.5 in the Deep House chart.

‘Mitsu’ kick-starts the release with organic drums and a captivating hook before a medley of otherworldly effects come into play. Intricate percussion then takes centre stage in ‘Dtribe’ as piercing sirens and ethereal atmospherics ebb in and out of the mix, before the pair conclude matters with a thumping roller complete with a heady bassline and cosmic pads titled ‘Automated’.
