Classmatic & Gabe link up for ‘Encoding EP’ on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax this February, turning in 3 glitched-out house tracks.

Previously releasing on the likes of Solid Grooves Raw, Repopulate Mars, and Spinnin’ Deep between them, ‘Encoding EP’ sees the two Brazilian producers collaborate for the first time, refining their respective sounds to build a set of heads-down, speaker-rattling house tracks.

With its banging bassline, laser FX, and robust drum programming, ‘Encoding’ kicks off proceedings with a trippy and hypnotic atmosphere. ‘Patchwork’ brings the energy up with melted vocals and a bubbling low end, displaying Classmatic & Gabe’s firm grip on crafting pumping, dynamic tracks.

For the final track ‘Poison’, Classmatic goes solo, deploying a wonky bassline and precise percussion buried amongst a series of ecstatic build-ups designed, alongside the rest of the EP, with the after-hours in mind.
