Mother Recordings keeps up the heat with a new EP from Dilby. Known for his shows on Ibiza Global Radio and his beats on Beef Records and Bondage Music amongst others, he is one of the finest New Zealanders in the game.
Work That Body goes first and is a squelchy house tune with gritty bass, tough drums and a no frills groove that really will work the floor. It is also finished with a naughty, rude boy vocal that adds more fuel to the fire. Dance to the Rhythm is more fiery, with bass stabs, rolling drums and female vocal coos. It is fresh house music as ever from this label and the cosmic synths that rain down add some vital colour. More dance floor dynamite from the Mother crew.
