Howson’s Groove return to Chasing Unicorns for the labels third release, the lads unleash their forthcoming EP ‘Don’t Stay’. The EP drops on the 16th March. The EP includes a remix from Mad-tech Resident and former AZ&TOR member Kalyde.

The south east London producers Howson’s Groove have had solid releases on labels such as Southern Fried, Love & Other and Bear Fresh. With support from artists such as Slam, Laurent Garnier, Mixmag and Thump.

Title-track ‘Don’t Stay’ oozes dreamy dance floor soul – it’s subtly mixed male vocals and lazily attacked strings providing counterpoint to skipping drums fusing with powerful yet gently detuned bass tones. The epic, orchestral fluidity of ‘Time’ follows the opener with real class and ‘The Night’ takes these tropes one step further, combining rousing synths with organic sounds atop a robust broken beat.
