For its second release of the year Seb Zito’s Seven Dials Records brings you one of the hype records from the end of 2021, the Growler EP by James View.

Having started producing back in 2018, James View has since carved out his own sound, where he blends sounds of Minimal Deep Tech, UK G and Deep House all into one. He’s collaborated with the likes of Chris Stussy whilst also releasing on labels such as Whoyostro, Fine, and Metafloor, and even launched his own imprints Beatniks LDN and Hippies Records. He’s been the resident for Dazed London for 3 years, playing across the UKs capital and further afield, whilst also travelling around South America, supporting high profile artists like East End Dubs, Hector Couto, Andrea Oliva, Yaya, Ben Rau and more.

His first release on Zito’s Seven Dials imprint comes off the back of artists such as Chris Stussy and Alisha rocking the title track ‘Growler’ at clubs and festivals around the UK and further afield to a massive response at the end of 2021. Seb Zito heard the track and has swooped in to pick up Growler along with another 2 tracks, Headrush and Say So, to complete a 3 track EP which is destined to be heard on dance floors around the world this Spring and longer. This is an excellent debut from the emerging UK artist setting the tone for his and the labels 2022 in great fashion.
