Jey Kurmis has been delivering some excellent material of late, He is up next on Red Lunar Records with ‘Bridgett’s EP’. The packed EP has three originals from Kurmis and a remix from the newly formed Manchester duo Class Enemy.

With records on Hot Creations and Lost Records, Kurmis seems to be getting some serious attention form the underground music world, having gained huge support from artists such as Richy Ahmed, Heidi and Jamie Jones.

Lead track ‘Bridgett’s’ stutters with off-kilter jacking rhythms, a growling bassline and trippy reverb, before the arrival of a fidgeting roller by the name of ‘Hodgeheg’. ‘Symmetry’ is then an angular cut where razor sharp metallic synths belie a captivating tune until Class Enemy generate a popping remix with a marching bassline and dizzying percussive dynamics.
