Piem brings his pounding beats and catchy groove to Javi Bora’s new imprint Too Many Rules with ‘Fonky” EP. Known for his releases on Hot Since 82’s Knee Deep In Sound, Glasgow Underground and Steve Lawler’s VIVa LIMITED, and usually played by the likes of Carl Cox, Marco Carola and Eats Everything.
Piem brings his Groovy House Music touch to Javi Bora’s brand new label with a 3 cuts club banger that is sure going to be blasted in your favorite club. The first cut of the EP, ‘Fonky’ is a dancefloor oriented track. A true banger with a groovy bassline culminated by a wrecking break. The second track, ‘Runnin’, is a very special track. Piem lays down a stripped back combination of tracky drum loops and infectious vocal samples. “Slide” closes the EP, a great track for the dancefloor. Groovy and really effective!
