The always hard hitting Do Not Sleep label is back with more essential dance floor dynamite, this time from the awesome pairing of Rhythm Masters Vs These Machines. Resident DJ at the party of the same name, Darius Syrossian, also turns out another killer remix.

Rhythm Masters are real veterans who have been turning out vital house tracks since the 90s. The Brighton duo have roamed from house to tech to electro in their time, with many big hits to their name. Here they link with These Machines, who have just remixed Harkonnen on NRTHRN EXPRSS to great effect.

Their original is Getting Me Hot, a huge track with big looping drums, heavy bass and crisp, slick percussion. It’s one to get the whole club on their toes and as it races on, clever filters and bass skills add to the tension and a well treated vocal brings an extra element of party.

Darius’s Tool Remix then flips the track into something darker and more foreboding, with quicker drums. It’s a real late night menace with excellent drum programming and busy claps all adding to the energy of the groove.
