Released this October are two fresh house cuts in the form of ‘Canvas EP’ from Leeds born Sydney based Shacklo. The tracks are getting huge support from the likes of Shiba San, Luciano, Pete Tong, DJ Steve Lawler, Camilo Do Santos, An-Beat and Niceteed giving the raw talent Shacklo plenty of exposure.

Opening title track ‘Canvas’, Shacklo wastes no time and gets straight to the business with a peak time jackin house anthem. Tight percussion and groove flow through the track, backed up with a monstrous deep bass line giving the ‘Canvas’ plenty of energy and rhythm.

Finishing off the release is ‘The Purpose’, Percussive and deep from the off with two recognizable vocal samples infused. It has a touch of sunset terrace feel to it, but keeps its big room edge.

Two worthy releases from Shacklo, we look forward to hearing whats next for the rising artist.
