Sidney Charles marks a quick return to ANOTR’s No Art imprint as he delivers his three-track EP, ‘Keep On’.

A talent at the forefront of the house scene for close to a decade, Heavy House Society boss Sidney Charles continues to evolve and mature as a DJ and a producer, developing his own take on the genre whilst keeping its foundations at the heart of his music. Releasing material via the likes of Hot Creations, Moon Harbout and AVOTRE, and regularly appearing for the likes of Circo Loco, Do Not Sleep and Elrow across the globe, the German talent’s most recent outing welcomed a debut on ANOTR’s No Art imprint as he remixed rising Australian talent Cessy ‘ and he now makes a swift return to the blossoming Amsterdam-based imprint to deliver his three-track ‘Keep On’ EP this August.

Title cut ‘Keep On’ opens the EP with authority as punchy kicks meet infectious vocal hooks and bubbling acid- tinged basslines, whilst the stylish ‘Feel You’ welcomes funk-fuelled bass licks amongst skipping drums and dubby chords. To close, final production ‘Phony’ sees Charles layer icy hats atop of rich stabs and further resonant vocal work, shaping up yet another impressive EP from the house favourite as he marks a quick return to No Art.
