Do Not Sleep keeps up the pressure with yet another massive new EP. This one comes from Steffen Deux and features three top tracks that perfectly fit with the Ibiza party and label’s no frills house and tech ethos.

Deux is a DJ and producer from Germany who has been releasing since 2010 on labels like Air London, Fina and 8Bit Records. He’s a resident DJ at Ludwigshafen’s notorious Loft Club and has played all over Ibiza at the island’s best clubs. Here he proves his sound is fresh and unique across all three tracks.

Up first, Ask Yourself is seven brilliant minutes of hot and steamy house with rugged basslines, a great male vocal and infectious percussion all designed to make you dance. After Hours is another masterfully loopy affair with slightly more tribal drums, low swooping bass and rubber drums that really make you move your body as soul infused synths and cosmic keys add colour and emotion to the groove. Last of all, Shine is a third and final floor facing cut with tightly programmed drums, trippy little synths and loose toms and hits that encourage you to lose yourself in the music.

This is another essential EP from both artist and label.
