“Steve Bug finds extra time in this busy schedule to spoil you with yet another release to “Poker Flat” Recordings. “Poker Flat” now in its 16th year has been leading the way in underground music and this three track EP is no different.

The EP excels in Bug class with three solid original tracks from the master himself. First up is title track “Coconut Paradise” which is a master class in crisp, high-definition house, all the elements in the track come together to form this pretty little number.

“Thick As Mud” takes second spot drawing on the deeper and deadlier arrangements of dubstep and glitch, burnished with snickering percussive repetitions and scything synths.

Last but not least “Pants on Fire’ is a restlessly inventive bricolage of unconventional percussive sounds and textures. Metallic tones ping and bounce deliciously in every direction.
