Naples-based Adapter touches down for the first time on Sola this January – as he delivers an emphatic debut single, Ecstasy.

Italian artist Adapter is a continually rising name in the world of House music. With releases on some of the industry’s leading imprints including Black Book, Hot Creations, Trick, Catch & Release and many more, he now makes his Sola debut and looks to set the pace in 2022 with a unique and striking new single. ‘Ecstasy’ screams remnants of 80s electro, with harsh frequencies and gritty melodics. Beyond its classic drum machine style pulsating groove, a rippling arp and flickering sub-bass create a perpetuating sense of electricity – complemented by infrequent smatterings of a deep and soulful vocal and unpredictable twists and turns.

Since an early age, Antonio Russo, AKA Adapter, has matured an uncontrollable passion for music. Big fan of the 80s/90s – he started playing piano and percussion at the age of 10. His unique sound is an experimentation of the influences of the 80s/90s combined with present ones.

Adapter started his path in the world of club culture many years before finally gaining a solid international reputation and creating his own party “Dirtyclub” in Naples. Spain, England, Croatia, Germany and Austria are just a few of the countries in which he performed. The constant international rising of Adapter seems to be not finished yet and the only question left is: “What’s Next'”
