Homegrown superstar Artmann returns to PIV with a debut solo EP: Enter The
Wave.

Born and raised in earshot of the iconic dance music hotspot of Amsterdam, Artmann
has benefitted from a rich and varied musical upbringing. Ever the all-rounder, his
kaleidoscopic palette has allowed him to develop a wide spectrum sound which got
him the likes of everyone from Prunk, DJOKO to East end dubs and has been active
on labels as diverse as Rawsome Deep, HedZup and elrow.

‘Enter The Wave’ kicks things off in style. Warm rhodes keys and a rubber bass keep
things supper groovy as snappy hats keep time. The perfect soundtrack for hitting
the dance floor! ‘Dear You’ continues apace. Deep and emotional from the off, this
one is aimed at the heartstrings. Warm analogue-y goodness. ‘Smoove Pt.2’ centres
around groovy rhodes keys and a catchy vocal ad lib. Silky smooth percussions keep
your feet firmly on the dance floor. Rounding out the EP is ‘Woodsteps’, an upbeat
emotional excursion full of rich musical adventure and a bassline that just won’t quit.
