Dennis Cruz delivers the sophomore release on his newly-launched CRZ imprint, turning in a fresh interpretation of Venezuelan Salsa musician Oscar D’Leon’s ‘Lloraras’ with his own ‘7AM Mix’.

Fresh from debuting his new label CRZ with the release of the vibrant ‘Una Rumbita’, offering a new outlet for his own work across the house realm, Spanish DJ/producer and label boss Dennis Cruz is back with another production steeped in luminous and warm Latin flavours. Picking up where he left off and showcasing his early roots as an artist but also his wide-reaching influences within his everyday life, the second release on the label is an excellent example of Cruz at his best as he harnesses Oscar D’Leon’s iconic 1974 record ‘Lloraras’ and transports it to modern dancefloors with his slick ‘7AM Mix’.

Building on the iconic vocals and melodies of the original classic production, Cruz’s ‘7AM Mix’ of ‘Lloraras’ expertly fuses new and old, employing rolling trademark percussion arrangements amongst rich guitar melodies and bright brass leads for a lively cut loaded with character.
