Devstar partners with vocalist PRVNA as he returns to Make You Move Records with his latest single ‘Let Myself Go’, backed by a remix from Mediman.

A surging name within house music and undeniably one of the most technically gifted DJs on the circuit, UK talent Devstar continues to grow his stock in the studio and the booth with material via the likes of NervousMadTech Records, and Simma Black, and appearances at Hideout FestivalWarehouse Project and Space (Ibiza). Having launched Make You Move Records back in 2020 alongside fellow UK talent Timmy P, the label co-founder now returns to reveal his latest single ‘Let Myself Go’ – featuring South-London singer-songwriter PRVNA (Pra-vee-na), who arrives fresh from heavy support from BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard and Jaguar amongst many. The release also welcomes a remix from longstanding UK house alias Mediman, who turns in a bright and slick take on the production.

A classy production combining rich organ stabs, shuffling percussion, and hazy chords guided by PRVNA’s soulful and alluring vocals, ‘Let Myself Go’ showcases a modern, driving house cut bustling with classic flavours perfect for the summer. Shaping things up, Mediman’s take on the cut welcomes a wealth of bright piano keys and bright melodies atop of skipping drums as he reworks and chops the original’s vocal to offer up a resonant ‘US Garage’ interpretation to close things in style.
