Fatboy Slim’s iconic ‘Rockafeller Skank’ gets a brand new remix from rising star Jay Robinson.

Welsh talent Jay Robinson is undoubtedly one of the UK’s most promising electronic exports
with a slew of releases on largely credible imprints, including Axtone, Night Bass, Medium Rare,
D4 Dance, Armada Music and many more. His latest work is an inspired take on Fatboy Slim’s
1998 classic ‘The Rockafeller Skank’, which, still to this day, is hailed as a dance classic. ‘To
remix a more important track in my life would be difficult – I literally grew up listening to Fatboy
Slim’ says Jay.

Released on Skint Records, Jay’s remix of ‘the Rockafeller Skank’ is one of many emphatic
remixes of the record over the decades and sees it take on a reinvigorated persona, brought up
to date with an undeniable sense of dancefloor potency and acidic roughness. To see Norman
playing my remix in person on his last tour was something I’ll truly never forget. To say releasing
