High Tide Recordings welcome Knight for a new single that is back with a remix from man of the moment Ronnie Spiteri.

Stephen Knight aka ‘Knight’ has spent a great deal of his life so deeply entrenched in electronic music, that becoming a DJ seemed more like an inevitability than a hobby. Growing up in London on a strict diet of House music, he began frequenting Fabric and the Ministry Of Sound, and immediately developed a strong affinity for legendary DJ John Digweed, as well as a host of other high pedigree DJs and producers.

Elephant in the Room is the original and is an atmospheric house groover with creeping chords and freaky vocal sounds. It builds in intensity and has frazzled synth details adding energy before eventually sweeping the whole club away on its futuristic beats.

Remixer Ronnie Spiteri is a Southampton DJ and producer with credits on many great labels. Here he flips the track into something more soulful and deep, with a warm atmosphere, icy hi hats and nice soft edged chords smearing round the mix to get your heart swelling while your feet taps.
