One of our favourite emerging labels Oblack Records release Spain’s Los Pastores second release on the label. This time teaming up with Italian duo Neverdogs. ‘Discover Base EP’ is marked down for a 6th July release. With remixes from rising stars Tuccillo and Jay Haze.

A two part groovy EP ‘Discover Base’ comes with two originals from Los Pastores & Neverdogs and remixes from Jay Haze on the title track ‘Discover Base’. Whilst Tucllio gets to grips on the second original ‘Terapia Sonora’.

‘Discover Base’ is a tough house cut fuelled by rich tribal rhythms and peppered with eclectic samples that give it a quirky feel. For the remix Jay Haze reworks things into more minimalist territory with a stripped back, scratchy techno offering that is perfectly on point. On the flip we have ‘Terapia Sonora’, another spacious and techy affair with a distinct off-kilter signature before Tuccillo takes the reins, streamlining the original whilst adding a rich warmth synonymous with his productions.

With huge support last time around from Luciano, Apollonia, Loco Dice, The Martinez Brothers and Ricardo Villalobos. We can only see the same sort of damage again.
