Label boss Matt Tolfrey is back on his Leftroom Records imprint to release the first single of his upcoming ‘All Shapes And Different Sizes’ LP. ‘Fantasy’ sees him link up with cult vocalist Shaun J Wright for an inventive single that puts him very much back at the vanguard.

Fantasy is a popping house tune with nimble bass and drums getting you moving and fresh synths darting about the mix. Laid over the top are the steamy and libidinous vocals of Wright, which add a real sense of soul to this most timeless of vocal groovers. An instrumental strips things back to the drums for more late night dancing and closes the standout single in style.

On this evidence Matt Tolfrey is back to his best, with much more to come.
