Italian-native Silvie Loto releases a four track EP ‘Crying Love’ on Ellen Allien’s ever so popular Berlin-based BPitch Control at the end of November 2014. With this major label backing the EP, Silvie Loto is set for a super strong release.

The label was formed way back in 1997 and seen some serious tracks being released on the label, name such as Modeselektor, Paul Kalkbrenner, Ben Klock, Apparat & Sascha Funke. The imprint has firmly cemented itself within the underground music scene. Silvie Loto’s continues the next chapter for the label. Silvie follows on from ‘Solstice’, and her super busy djing schedule with playing for nights such as Jamies Jone’s ‘Paradise’ at DC10 and Marco Carloa’s ‘Music On’ at Amnesia.

Opening track ‘Crying Love’ and ‘Breeze’ are masterful examples of Silvies propensity to seamlessly blur the lines between house and techno with impassioned affect, incorporating her own elegant and ethereal vocals over soft pads, warm resonating bass and shifting percussion to deliver deeply emotive and melodic cuts.

The final two offerings on the release take a slightly more kinetic approach from the rippling drums and pulsating synths of ‘Flow’ to the hazy modulations and deep resounding tones of ‘Woo’ the multitalented producer showcases her versatility and eclectic taste with eases in these four deep and dynamic tracks.
