A collective remix’s from some of the industries major players, Soul Clap, Citizenn and Boris Werner team up to bring the remix package of Son of Sun’s ‘Whispers’ EP. The delivery date for this remix package has not been confirmed yet, but it’s some time in May.

Tyson Ballard and vocalist Sheff are the live vocal act Son of Sun, releasing the ‘Whispers EP’ last year, and included the track’s ‘Moonchild’ and the title track ‘Whispers’. The innovative pair formed while working at the London’s event series Love Fever. The label launched in 2012 and has released music from the likes of Kim Ann Foxman, John Daly and Bicep.

The American Crew Love artists Soul Clap are up first on the EP, a rendition of the title track ‘Whispers’ which has true elements of the duos funk productions, groovey bassline and jazzy instruments.

Boris Werner the dutch house maestro, brings a winding groove in his remix of ‘Moonchild’ with an infectious hook and hypnotic atmospherics

We could say man of the moment with his ‘Tied’ Ep on the Crosstown Rebels imprint causing a noise. ‘Citizenn’ the London based producer approaches ‘Moonchild’ by using sullen synths, rhythmic percussion and spectral keys.
