Blackchild (ITA) debuts on Dennis Cruz’s Lemon-Aid imprint with ‘Chocolates Shop’.

An emerging member of the Solid Grooves family, with releases via the likes of Question Reality, SURA Music and Solid Grooves Raw, rising Italian DJ and producer Blackchild (ITA) has emerged onto the European scene in style over the past twelve months with support from Marco Carola, The Martinez Brothers and Skream to name just a few. Following on from an impressive start to 2020, he now makes his debut appearance on Dennis Cruz’s Lemon- Aid imprint as he delivers his two-track EP, ‘Chocolates Shop’.

Employing playful bass grooves alongside icy hats and hip-hop vocal samples, title track ‘Chocolates Shop’ welcomes a lively and warping journey through bright resonant melodies and rolling drum arrangements, whilst the darker ‘Lemonade’ fuses menacing low-end frequencies with metallic percussion shots and further vocal work to shape up the EP in impressive fashion.
