Kerb Staller
- Four Fingers
LeftRoom | 27.10.2014
Matt Tolfrys Leftroom label is unleashing a weapon in a few weeks, to celebrate there 50th release.
Kerbs Staller’s ‘Four Fingers EP’. One of our favourite labels for releasing fresh future sounds from underground talent. If you are not aware then Kerb Staller is an allis for label owner Matt Tolfry and resident producer Jozif. Finally getting in the studio together.
The EP is a 5 track feature with some huge productions at work. ‘Safety Instructions’ and ‘Siren Songs’ are the two original productions, with Jerome Sydenham and ThugFuckers backing them up with the remixes. ‘FOUR FINGERS EP’ is big. With both of the tracks cementing them selfs as house weapons. ‘Safty Instructions’ is an industrial house jam with a classic amen break, a 303 bass hook and chuggy guitar licks as the driving force for the track. B Side ‘Siren Song’ is our pick of the two originals. With a fun sexy house groove with clavia synth lick and sexy vocal which gives it that extra bad ass groove.
No preview as of yet but Matt Tolfry gives “Siren Songs” a whirl on his radio show on Rinse FM. Skip to the 1hr 6min mark. Enjoy.
