Barcelona’s Off Week is fast approaching and to wet the pallet YAYA Records have put together seven summer slammers in preparation.

Kicking off with Collate & Malle’s peak time minimal roller, ‘Plastic Water’, the pair layer a range of robotic synth sprays with a catchy set of house stabs and vocal licks. ‘Ho Lee Fuck’ do Rone White & Allessandro Diruggiero turn it up a notch, lining up an absolute bassline groover that just grows in tension until exploding into life by it’s seductive vocal howls.

Next up are Tolstoi, Andsan & CDC, who pit together an driving bassline with a fully charged rap attack.Anthony PL & Gianluca’s, ‘My House’ follows as a late night treasure that is set to cause some serious damage in the Barca sun.

Ethan (UK) offers a more minimal perspective to the EP with ‘Roll Safe’ showing the techier side of the label.Label heads PRiiMO demonstrate their skills in the studio with one of the deeper tracks from the compilation, perfect for the mellower moments in the set.Kole closes the curtain with another minimal tech corker, rounding off what is a stunning selection from the YAYA family and one which will go down a treat at Off Week Barca.
