ANOTR return to their blossoming No Art imprint as they deliver their highly anticipated ‘Paint A Picture’ EP.

Two of the most exciting talents to emerge within the global house music scene in recent years, Dutch duo Jesse van der Heijden and Oguzhan Guney, aka ANOTR, have continued their impressive ascent despite an unorthodox and unconventional 2020 ‘ with the parallel emergence of their burgeoning label and events series No Art solidifying their position not only as highly-talented producers and DJs, but also as A&R’s and label owners of note. Having opened the year on home-turf with their stand out ‘Don’t Mind Ya Weight’ EP back in February, the pairing now make their return to their No Art imprint to close October as they reveal their latest four-track offering, the long- awaited ‘Paint A Picture’ EP , featuring some of their most heavily requested tracks from across the year and beyond.

Title cut ‘Paint A Picture’ opens proceedings in style as the duo work playful lead melodies amongst slick, driving grooves and infectious vocal interjections, whilst ‘Live For Another’ ups the energy as rolling drums merge with bubbling basslines and further vocal work typical of the pairing. Next up, ‘Troublemaker’ welcomes a shift in sound as funk-fuelled guitar licks and resonant stabs go to work alongside soulful female vocals to unveil a bustling house number, before closing production ‘Dancing In Secret’ guides listeners on a warm and warping journey through rich house textures, sweeping atmospherics and yet further trademark bass grooves.
