M.F.S: Observatory are an Italian pair and long­standing friends Mattia Turchetti and Francesco Cozzolino who run their own label, Observatory Music. Recent times have seen the duo coming into some fine form, they have remixed Maya Jane Coles, played all over Europe including Italy, UK, Barcelona and seem to have an ability to create non stop fire. This time supplying dance floor magic on, Relief Records.

Opener ‘No One’ is a bulky cut with hard hitting kicks and spaced out pads. Icy hi hats get you popping and will make for good times in the club. ‘Sweet Job’ has a razor sharp synth spraying about the track as distant vocals get you in a state of hypnosis. It’s a raw, kicking tune that has real power in the drums. Last of all, ‘Cry No More’ is a trippy cut with hammering drums and sci-fi effects next to spline word vocals that add darkness.

It’s a great closer to a great EP, a well deserved feat for the prolific producers.
