M.F.S: Observatory return to their Observatory Music imprint this June with ‘Observatory P’.

Since forming in 2010, Italian duo, M.F.S: Observatory, have had releases on LittleHelpers, Alphahouse, Deeperfect, Theatre Records, Cat For Lunch and now continuing with the alphabet themed releases, the duo prepares ‘Observatory P’ penciled for released on their Observatory Music imprint this June.

‘P1’ opens the package with rugged drums and an assortment of vocal loops, combining filtered and raw slices before sharp chord stabs and hooky phrases are delivered in ‘P2’. Next up, ‘P3’ utilizes a chopped up spoken word sample and short, plucky synths which is supported by a vacillating bass line.

Next up is ‘P4’, this time around bringing a prominent sub line rumbling underneath distorted vocals and rising effects creating intense buildups and a dark, brooding feel. Rounding off the package, ‘P5’ delivers mysterious resonant vocals and crunchy 303 lines alongside syncopated drums bring things to a dramatic close
