Over the past few years One Records have been meticulously hand picking a tight group of artists to be part of the label. This next release showcases a selection of their best, with seven sturdy club tracks that span all hours of the dance floor spectrum with music from label heads Subb-an and Adam Shelton plus Acid Mondays, Alex Arnout, Jack Wickham, Yamen & EDA and S-ampel.

First up Subb-an hits us with ‘Sun 101’ , a peak timer that slots straight into his DJ sets. Darker tones and trippy soundscapes are uplifted through smooth pads that drop down into the solid groove. Adam Shelton’s ‘No Speak’ takes things deeper with warm chords and subtle acid that yearn for the summer dance floor.

Ibiza residents Acid Monday’s ‘Spaciality’ is all about the swing, crafted through soft and intricate percussion laid under quirky keys and vocal stabs. Dogmatik boss Alex Arnout is next with ‘Jakku’. Sliding chords lead into a delectable groove for those summer terrace sessions.

Jack Wickham delivers a straight up club weapon in ‘Siras’ , with compact layers and bouncing percussion creating a rolling groove throughout. Birmingham based Sean Campbell aka S-ampel delves into deep and dubby atmospherics with ‘Pedestrian’ and French duo Yamen & EDA round off the package with the ‘Ms Dos’, played out with a rounded low end that draws you into a hypnotic groove with choppy snares.
