For the second release of 2022, Melé’s Club Bad is happy to welcome fast rising Dutch artist Simon Kidzoo to the label. .

Since his first release back in 2013 Kidzoo has had a steady release schedule and has gone on to amass more than 4.3 million streams on Spotify alone whilst charting high on download stores with his releases on Toolroom, Saved, Nonstop and more. He’s received great support from house music luminaries such as Camelphat, Joseph Capriati, Mark Knight, Gorgon City, Solardo, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, DJ S.K.T., Claptone and many more.

For his first release on Club Bad, he drops the Azores EP, a fresh and uplifting 2 tracker. The title track from the EP ‘Azores’ is a percussive groover with a rolling bass, which is topped off with Latin incidentals, delicate flutes and a classy trumpet vibe which really gives this track its own identity and a fresh feel..

Next up on the flipside is ‘Fiji Dream’ which is the perfect antithesis to Azores, where the A-side has a fresh day time vibe Fiji Dream takes us into the night with a heavier kick, a slightly darker feel stemming from the rolling bassline. This is topped off with a classy piano topline, and a tropical sounding lead melody.
